Product molding process
Rolling
Calendering process is one of the basic processes in the rubber industry. Its function is to pass the rubber compound through the roller of the calender, and make the rubber compound extend and deform under the pressure of the roller to make the film with required specifications or cover the rubber compound on the skeleton material to make the semi-finished rubber product with rubber tape blank. Calendering process is widely used in rubber products, mainly including the processes of tabletting, laminating, gluing, wiping, pressing and core wrapping, etc.
Mould pressing
Used to manufacture some rubber products with complex shapes (such as cups and sealing rings). With the aid of the formed mold, the rubber compound is placed in the mold and heated to form. According to the requirements of the product, injection and in-mold injection processes can be adopted.
Liquid state
Liquid silicone rubber is a kind of organic silicone rubber, which is also called two-component addition silicone rubber, compared with mixed semi-solid silicone rubber and common room temperature vulcanized one-component silicone rubber.This kind of glue has good fluidity and quick vulcanization, and can be cast or injection molded.
